WM supports Children Ministry olf
The Women’s Ministry (WM) of Revival Restoration Centre Assembly of God has presented four water dispensers to the Children’s Ministry as part of activities to mark this year’s Women’s Week celebration.
The Ministry led by its president, Madam Margaret Fynn, presented the items to head of the Children’s Ministry, Lady Pastor Elizabeth Nkrumah.
Lead Pastor of the Church, Apostle Alex Nkrumah, who prayed in receipt of the items charged the Children’s Ministry to note that items did not belong to them but God.
He charged them to ensure that they are utilised well.
Madam Fynn before presenting the items disclosed that her outfit realised that during church service,lots of children loiter about and when they are questioned, they claim they have come out to drink water.
According to her, the trend was becoming worrisome hence the decision by the women to provide the children with the dispensers and water.
She added that in 2016, the Women’s Ministry bought a 32-inch LED TV for the children to provide quality Christian entertainment for them.
A senior teacher at the Children’s Ministry, Madam Paulina Manuh, expressed the profound gratitude to the Women Ministry for their constant support and called for more.
When Restoration News visited the classrooms at the Children’s Ministry, the children were seated listening to the word of God.
Some of the teachers told Restoration Newsthat no child had left the class to drink water because the Department had provided disposable cups for the children to use in drinking water.
The Women Ministry also presented financial support to members who suffered perils and accidents in the first half of the year.
Prior to this, the women had series of activities leading to climax of their week celebration.
Mrs. Matilda Mensah and Miss Fidelia Kumassah read the Mystery for Mastery Newswith ladies from the Young Singles (YS) performing a drama.
Mrs Adwoa Frimpomaa Nimako Boateng preached on a message titled: ‘Liberated in the Spirit to liberate others’.
She urged members to always note that when they have Christ they have liberty and should not worry about the on-goings on life.
